Questions pros ask us
Do I really own my app?
Yes. Your app is published in your own Apple developer account, under your name. We build it, launch it and look after it. If you ever decide to work with someone else, your app and your clients stay with you.
What does Apple charge?
Apple charges $99 a year for a developer account, paid directly by you to Apple. We add nothing on top and we walk you through the setup step by step.
How is this different from Vagaro or other booking platforms?
Platforms rent you their software month after month. Their branded app alone is an add-on of around $100 a month. With us you pay once for an app built around your profession and it's yours. Your clients only see you, not a marketplace of competitors.
How much does a website cost in Orange County?
Our websites start at $1,000 for a one-page site and $1,800 for up to 5 pages, with $500 off when you get an app too. You get a fixed price in writing after a free consultation.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. Our website refresh rebuilds your current site as a new, faster one, keeping your content, domain and Google ranking and connects it to your new app.
How long does it take?
Websites usually launch in 2 weeks and apps in 3 to 4 weeks, starting once we have your photos, text and Apple account. Apple's review typically adds 1 to 3 days.
What happens after launch?
Anything that doesn't work as delivered is fixed free for 12 months. For changes and updates, choose the Care Plan from $150 a month, which includes the yearly iPhone update, or pay as you go at $95 an hour.
Do you only work in Orange County?
We're based in Mission Viejo and love meeting clients in person across South Orange County, but we also work online with pros anywhere.
